Job Description:

Fever is looking for a Senior Manager Strategic Partners to manage the entire life cycle of big events, acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders and teams, ensuring timely delivery, and contributing to Fever's mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the entire life cycle of big events
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and internal teams
Ensure tasks are completed on time by managing other departments
Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering teams
Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support team
Ensure necessary documentation for project goals
Presence on-site during launches or important event dates

Requirements:

Degree qualified with a project management background
8+ years in a project management role or consulting background
Fluent English and Spanish
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Solution-focused with proven track record of building positive working relationships
Highly organized and efficient
Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
Event experience is a plus
Strong academic background is a plus
