• Develop and implement innovative training programs for a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs focused on both academic knowledge and practical selling skills
• Collaborate with various teams, ensuring your training aligns perfectly with business objectives
• Enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales representatives
• Lead and influence, ensuring the training effectiveness remains in an increasingly competitive environment
• Develop mid/long-term training strategies
• Design and implement a variety of training programs
• Manage all phases of training programs, from planning to evaluation
• Incorporate strategic thinking into training designs
• Design training programs to respond to market changes and customer needs
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues
• Monitor and visualize training achievements
• Ensure completion of tasks for MR qualification licensing

• 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with experience in hematology or rare diseases
• Experience in Training, Marketing, Sales, or Medical Affairs is highly valued
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align training with business goals
• Adaptability and a passion for personnel development
• Proactive and collaborative working style
• Data-driven approach to evaluating training effectiveness
• Experience in instructional design and strong written and verbal English skills are preferred
