Job Description:

Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of wealth products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels to capture opportunity under different market scenarios. We play a distributor role to source investment and insurance products from service providers, manage the product due diligence and onboarding, as well as client journey design and implementation.

Job Responsibility:

Develop product strategy and lead the end-to-end product onboarding and development process for insurance products by working with HSIC to ensure the right and competitive product range, and insurance products with external partnerships are delivered to meet the insurance needs of our customers and grow profitable wallet share
Perform new and ongoing product due diligence review, and associated risk assessment for insurance products
Identify and manage risks associated with insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standard and internal guidelines
Manage governance and oversight of internal and external insurance partners from the bank’s perspective
Oversee the training to frontline on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation

Requirements:

University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance or related discipline
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking / insurance industry, with 3 years or above business or product management role at senior level preferred
Demonstrated track record in product development and management, implementation and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures, practices
Result-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills, demonstrating capability in leading team to inspire and engage people at all levels and effect change to regulatory update
Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
