Senior Manager Informatics

• Ensure alignment across clinical, technical, and business unit teams working on Governance with our Epic tools
• Lead effective cross-functional meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and accountability
• Deliver concise updates to leadership on status, risks, and decisions needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Enterprise
• Partner with operational leadership, clinical team and technical teams to manage change management and ensure smooth adoption
• Implement mechanisms to gather and act on stakeholder feedback
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans
• Establish clear deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across workstreams
• Use tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio etc.) to track progress and adjust proactively.

• Experience: Minimum of five (7) years of related experience is required
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
