Job Description:

You will join our client as Senior Manager, Conversion & Optimization, a role on-site in Midtown Manhattan. Our client innovates interactive gaming and transaction platforms, redefining single-screen betting. This is a highly data-driven role with direct impact on revenue, customer growth, and wallet performance. You will lead the end-to-end conversion effort, shaping how people find, sign up, and transact across digital touchpoints. Your work will bring structure to measurement, run tests, and turn findings into practical steps that lift funnel performance and user satisfaction. In this role you will partner with marketing, product, and engineering to improve user journeys, build clear dashboards, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders. You will translate data into actionable recommendations, own outcomes, and continuously optimize onboarding, lifecycle, and campaign flows. You should be comfortable working across teams and balancing speed with quality in a fast-paced environment.
