Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Manager experienced with anti-bribery, anti-corruption (ABAC), anti-money laundering (AML), and sanctions compliance. The role entails developing due diligence processes for Aetna International, ensuring compliance with regulations such as FCPA and OFAC, and engaging in audits and risk assessments.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and design standard processes and associated policies and procedures for Aetna International due diligence
ensure organization meets complex regulatory requirements related to financial crimes, international business practices and ethical operations
oversee an annual risk assessment and audit process
monitor and screen individuals, providers, claims payments and business partners against sanctions lists
collaborate with leaders to standardize due diligence procedures
provide oversight of audits impacted by compliance processes
lead annual risk assessment for FCPA, AML and sanctions compliance
formalize FCPA expectations and enhance processes.

Requirements:

7+ years of healthcare and/or banking experience
5+ years of project management experience.

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Excel
experience with due diligence within the healthcare or insurance industry, preferably at a large company
comfortable communicating with Senior Management and government regulators.
