Job Description:

As the Senior Manager, Change Management and Communications you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the creation and execution of change management and communication strategies for multiple HR initiatives globally. This multi-faceted role supports change management and communications needs for multiple HR initiatives. In this capacity, the candidate will deliver strategic plans and tactical communications while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

  • Manage senior level clients/stakeholders
  • Write and edit clear and concise communications
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Develop and execute change management strategy and communications
  • Conduct impact analyses and stakeholder assessments
  • Leverage best in class change management and deployment models
  • Implement change management programs
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks
  • Facilitate meetings and reviews
  • Provide input to ensure learning programs and training are effective
  • Measure the effectiveness of change management efforts
  • Design tools and techniques to sustain the change effort post-implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • graduate degree preferred in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Minimum of six years of experience supporting or leading change management, as well as exposure to consulting or related professional area
  • Experience consulting to business leaders, providing communication and change management support
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills to drive productive outcomes
  • Expertise in performing organizational/change diagnostic work and needs assessments
  • Strong program and project management skills essential, including the knowledge of the project lifecycle phases
