Job Description:

The Senior Manager B2C Payment Development, USA role involves operationalizing and executing Circle K’s strategy for B2C payment development in the USA, working closely with global teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless payment services for customers. The role focuses on bridging business needs and technology, addressing end-to-end payment value chains, and managing cross-functional operations within the USA and globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute on B2C payment development roadmap for USA, covering credit/debit, co-branded payments products and payment channel customer value propositions
  • Define opportunity and create business case
  • Define business requirements
  • Oversee technical development
  • Aligning on go-to-market activities and secure benefit realization
  • Manage relevant partners for proprietary B2C payment propositions, from long-term strategy execution to weekly operational needs
  • Secure high performance B2C proprietary payment services end-to-end, in line with customers’ expectations and our growth ambitions
  • Ensure fully operationalized solutions
  • Ensure ways of working as one team, end-to-end
  • Manage senior stakeholders and other internal and external key interfaces
  • Develop and maintain market competitor research on payment solutions, alternative payment capabilities and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience from the retail payment ecosystem, especially Co-Branded Payments, Credit and Debit Cards
  • Experience with business development, P&L and/or operational responsibilities is preferred
  • Experience from continuous improvement, operational transformations or change management
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder environments
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Proficient in management presentation
  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (business administration, tech, economics, sales/marketing, etc.) or demonstrated results with relevant experience.
