Job Description:

The Senior Manager B2B Payment Development, USA role involves operationalizing and executing Circle K's strategy for B2B payments in the USA. The role requires cross-functional management, contributing to high-end operational solutions, managing relevant partnerships, and aligning with strategic and commercial opportunities. The candidate will work closely with key stakeholders across technical and commercial domains.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute on B2B payment development roadmap for USA, covering Circle K branded B2B payment solutions and payment channel customer value propositions
  • define opportunities, cost/ benefits and business case
  • define business requirements
  • oversee technical development
  • align go-to-market activities and secure benefit realization
  • manage relevant partners for proprietary fuel and fleet card propositions, from long-term strategy execution to weekly operational needs
  • secure high performance B2B proprietary payment services end-to-end, in line with customers’ expectations and growth ambitions
  • ensure fully operationalized solutions and aligned go-to-market activities
  • ensure ways of working as one team, end-to-end
  • be a strong stakeholder to B2B commercial teams and local business units related to B2B payment
  • manage senior leadership stakeholders and other internal and external key interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience from payment, fuel and/or fleet card industry in USA
  • experience with business development, P&L and/or operational responsibilities is preferred

  • Own the roadmap: Work alongside an engineering team to define a product strategy and roadmap that achieves the highest level of product quality and supports our clients’ ambitions
  • Contribute to sales and marketing: Take an active role in pre-sales discussions and client engagements, representing Vault Payments in demonstrations, discovery sessions, and solution design. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop materials such as decks and demos, shape product messaging and campaigns, and ensure consistent alignment between product capabilities and market positioning
  • Support client delivery: Work closely with the Client Services team, including forward-deployed engineers, to guide post-sales implementations. Ensure smooth delivery, effective alignment between client requirements and product capabilities, and a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
