Job Description:

We’re seeking a proactive Senior Manager – Strategy and Ops to unlock insights across our go-to-market and business ecosystems—including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ChurnZero, and our financial systems. In this cross-functional role, you'll analyze performance trends, uncover inefficiencies, and build actionable strategies that fuel revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence across CleverTap. Your work will directly inform leadership decisions and help shape the future of how we scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze cross-functional data—marketing funnel performance, sales pipeline trends, churn indicators, financial KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, payback periods)
  • build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
  • perform cohort, funnel, LTV, and churn analyses, uncovering root causes of customer leakage or sales inefficiencies
  • deliver insights through storytelling to teams and executives—highlight wins, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
  • collaborate with RevOps, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and CS teams to design experiments (A/B tests, pilot initiatives) validating hypotheses and optimizing key metrics
  • drive system integration and data quality efforts—ensure proper tracking, tagging, and data flows across Salesforce, HubSpot, ChurnZero, and financial systems
  • support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis—help identify and explain deviations from targets
  • proactively surface growth or retention opportunities—e.g., ICP refinement, sales velocity bottlenecks, campaign optimization, high-risk churn cohorts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related)
  • 5–7 years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or customer success analytics—ideally in B2B SaaS or Consulting
  • strong analytical and statistical skills (cohort analysis, LTV, churn modeling, predictive analysis)
  • proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one BI/data visualization tool (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
  • hands-on experience extracting and modeling data from CRM/automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools (ChurnZero, Gainsight)
  • ability to communicate from the data to actionable insights—presentation skills, narrative clarity, dashboard design
  • experience partnering with RevOps or Finance to support sales forecasting and quota attainment analysis

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with product or behavioral analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Python or R experience for advanced analytics or predictive modeling
  • prior exposure to data warehousing concepts or ETL (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or pilot rollouts
  • worked in RevOps, GTM Ops, or Strategic Ops functions in SaaS companies
