Job Description:

You will lead the design and execution of Omio’s Learning & Development strategy to help turn potential into performance across the organisation. Your work will be aligned with Omio's goals and performance framework, and partner closely with managers and leaders across the organisation. You will also play the crucial part in translating emerging AI technology into practical behaviour change through toolkits, coaching, and hands-on learning experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and execution of Omio’s Learning & Development strategy
  • Lead AI transformation by driving AI upskilling and building AI fluency across Omio
  • Design and deliver leadership development for emerging, mid-level and senior leaders
  • Own and evolve Omio’s competency framework
  • Own the full new-hire onboarding experience
  • Manage the L&D budget
  • Run learning end-to-end through workshops, group sessions and one-to-ones, and scale it using our LMS (Leapsome) and learning tools

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in talent development/L&D in tech startups or high-growth environments
  • Strong AI usage and fluency
  • Proven ability to design and scale learning & leadership development programs
  • Hands-on experience creating competency frameworks
  • Exceptional facilitator and communicator
  • Data-driven mindset
