Senior Lead Technology Analyst

• Plan, coordinate, and lead the product development & idea generation and synthesis activities
• Work with cross-functional and senior business unit partners globally to identify and deliver products post competitive research, market analysis, and customer value analysis
• Deliver the UI & UX components leading the development team
• Bring in Agentic AI modules to accelerate time to market and operational capabilities
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of UI Development & UX Designers
• Lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices
• Deliver a cohesive UI/UX vision, along with a plan for execution and deliver successfully on the same
• Implement culture and principles within the group, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence

• 15+ years of experience in managing or leading design teams
• Good working knowledge of web development and business intelligence tools as a delivery manager
• Experience working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work, with a collaborative and innovative approach
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
