Job Description:

The Senior Lead Solution Architect role focuses on developing architecture vision, strategy, and end-to-end solutions for complex business problems within TWCS Technology. Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, creating strategic architecture solutions, facilitating architecture maturity and governance, and guiding technology adoption such as API, microservices, and cloud-native foundations. The role requires expertise in modern programming languages, messaging, data streaming technologies, and leadership in simplifying technical landscapes.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to develop architecture vision and strategic architecture solutions
Architect large scale target state trade and working capital systems end to end
Provide leadership to strengthen architecture review process and continuous maturity of architecture practices
Create solution architecture artifacts
Provide thought leadership in subjects key to the business
Own the definition and execution of shift-left architecture governance process
Work with vendors to guide product roadmaps
Lead design sessions with engineers and stakeholders
Conduct POC and POA with a failure-fast mindset
Design common business functions and capabilities within the Trade ecosystem
Own and drive solution evaluation and build vs buy/partner analysis
Communicate technology vision, strategies, and solution across teams
Provide expert knowledge of architecture and serve as SME
Provide architectural leadership and adopt risk and control patterns
Be an advisor to engineering teams on modern practices
Act as an advisor and mentor to team members

Requirements:

Banking/Financial/Trade/Payment experience
10+ years relevant experience
Expertise in developing architecture vision and strategic solutions
Experience with modernizing and migrating applications to strategic architecture
Ability to create solutions at conceptual, logical, and physical levels
Expertise in building solutions with domain driven design (DDD), API, microservices, event-driven architecture and cloud native principles
Expertise in modern languages (e.g. Java), messaging, integration and data streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka, MQ etc..), caching & database (RDBMS and NoSQL) tools, application development framework (e.g. Spring boot, .NET), well architected framework, data integration solutions, software architecture patterns, and tools
Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Experience in architecting Gen AI, LLM and ML based solutions
Awareness of industry trends and leveraging new technologies as appropriate
Experience in collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams
Passion to innovate with open-source mindset to improve products
Experience with technology control framework, compliance, regulatory and audits
Consistently demonstrate concise written and verbal communication
Cloud certification (AWS, Google, Azure) is a plus
Professional level English - both written and oral is required
Spanish is a plus
