Job Description:

Join the E-Fixed Income Development Team, a dynamic group responsible for building low-latency, high-performance, real-time electronic trading systems. Our mission includes developing bespoke pricing and trading platforms and distributing market data to external clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer with deep expertise in TransFICC connectivity to accelerate our integration efforts and enhance the performance of our e-trading platform. Inetum Polska is part of the global Inetum Group and plays a key role in driving the digital transformation of businesses and public institutions. Operating in cities such as Warsaw, Poznan, Katowice, Lublin, Rzeszow, Lodz, the company offers a wide range of IT services.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to the adoption of TransFICC connectivity
Maintain and optimize our existing e-trading platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior traders
Influence the future architecture of our trading systems through innovative projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in electronic trading systems
Expertise in low-latency programming and multi-threaded/concurrent applications
Strong proficiency in Java and Object-Oriented Design
Solid understanding of Linux systems, TCP/UDP, Ethernet, and HTTP protocols
Familiarity with AWS and preferably Ansible
Minimum 5 years of experience in performance tuning and profiling of real-time, high-volume systems
In-depth knowledge of FX or E-Fixed Income business and trading practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
Strong understanding of eTrading concepts.

Nice to have:

Experience with Agile methodologies (TDD, BDD, CI/CD)
Familiarity with Scrum practices.
