Job Description:

The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst role involves applications systems analysis and programming activities, including the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify and define necessary system enhancements
  • Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions
  • Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
  • Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
  • Conduct testing and debugging
  • Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts
  • Identify problems, analyze information, and recommend and implement solutions
  • Resolve issues by applying guidance and experience
  • Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
  • Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on application development experience
  • 3+ years of Technical Lead experience
  • Experience with Java 17 or above, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c), Spring Boot 3.0, Hibernate/JPA, Microservice, distributed application
  • Familiarity with Angular 14+, JavaScript, and DB Design and Optimization
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Financial Services experience
  • Experience in leading the development of full stack software solutions
  • Experience working in agile projects, good knowledge in DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability, strong ownership and responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit
