Senior Java Development Lead

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Java developers
• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and robust enterprise Java applications, strictly utilizing the Spring Boot framework and Microservices architecture
• Oversee thorough code reviews and strictly enforce adherence to engineering best practices and established coding standards
• Partner effectively with various cross-functional teams to gather, meticulously analyze requirements, and accurately translate them into comprehensive technical specifications
• Proactively identify and resolve complex performance bottlenecks to significantly enhance application efficiency, responsiveness, and scalability
• Stay fully abreast of the latest industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and advancements to strategically incorporate relevant innovations into ongoing projects
• Provide accurate and timely input on project estimations and timelines
• Facilitate the continuous refinement and improvement of development processes and methodologies within the core engineering team

• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science or an equivalent related field
• 6 – 12 years of progressive experience in Java development
• Deep, specialized focus on Spring Boot and Microservices implementation
• Strong fundamental understanding and practical experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Proven proficiency in utilizing and managing various database technologies, encompassing both SQL and NoSQL environments
• Practical experience working with major cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent, demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
