You are responsible for the smooth operation of all assigned IT systems according to SLA and KPI definitions. This includes the following points: Planning of the service life cycle (from initial setup to dismantling) and implementation of preventive measures to maintain functionality. Creation and implementation of monitoring/monitoring. Service request management: bug/ticket processing. Release & deployment management: planning deployments/rollouts. Incident management: analysis, troubleshooting & documentation of operational faults. Problem management: definition, documentation and implementation of sustainable measures as part of root cause analysis (RCA). Change management: planning and implementation of changes. Project work: Supporting projects across all project lifecycles, in particular project role Lead-OMIT appropriate to profile level. Participation in on-call duties (outside regular working hours as agreed).
