Senior IT Project Manager

• Develop comprehensive project plans, assign tasks to team members, and monitor daily progress to ensure alignment with objectives
• Track and evaluate key project milestones, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet deadlines
• Facilitate clear communication across enterprise teams, managing scope, budget, risks, and resources effectively
• Lead one or more cross-functional projects of high complexity using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Gain a high-level understanding of business domains to align project deliverables with organizational goals
• Oversee medium to large-scale projects, ensuring proper cost analysis, issue resolution, and schedule management
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and implement plans to address potential challenges
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, key decisions, and any concerns
• Collaborate with technical and architectural teams to ensure project solutions are effective and scalable
• Ensure high-quality outcomes by performing thorough reviews and addressing any deviations promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred
• At least 10-12 years of IT work experience, including 5 years managing complex projects
• Advanced understanding of program and project budgeting, including planning and tracking
• Proven ability to implement project plans, monitor resource usage, and maintain quality standards
• Strong expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for IT projects
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to apply them effectively
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred
