Senior IT Business Analyst

• Work closely with stakeholders from Wealth Private Banking
• Collect, understand and document business requirements and translate these into IT requirements, user stories
• Contribute to the definition of solution design and support engineering teams
• Participate in system testing and defect analysis
• Work as part of global cross functional project teams
• Facilitate cooperation and coordinate efforts of multiple IT and business teams

• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business / Solution Analyst
• Experience gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects
• Experience in financial services (preferably within Wealth Management)
• Strong experience with MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence
• Strong experience with writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios OR Strong usability requirements analysis, process maps, UI Mockups, Wire Frames and Prototypes
• Hands-on attitude for various software delivery process elements
• Experience with Agile (ideally Scrum or SAFe)
• Strong analytical, documentation and verbal communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of AWS, databases or other cloud services would be an asset
