The Senior Investor Relations analyst will play a critical role in supporting all the activities of Global Payments' Investor Relations team, including earnings preparation, investor events, and board-level reporting, serving as a key liaison between the investment community and senior leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in meetings with buy-side and sell-side analysts and investors
Monitor investor sentiment and feedback to inform messaging and engagement strategy
Support preparation of earnings scripts, investor FAQs, and board updates
Provide strategic input on investor messaging and positioning
Conduct peer benchmarking, valuation analysis, and investor perception studies
Lead planning and execution of investor events, including earnings calls, conferences, and virtual engagements
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Communications to ensure compliance and consistency across all IR materials
Support development of investor presentations and integrated messaging
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in investor relations, equity research, strategic finance or relevant roles in financial services
Understanding of capital markets and buy/sell-side dynamics
Strong analytical skills with experience in valuation, benchmarking, and financial modeling
Executive-level communication and presentation capabilities
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating C-suite engagement and investor-facing communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in IR platforms, CRM tools, and financial databases (e.g., FactSet, AlphaSense, Bloomberg, Nasdaq IR Insight)
Organization, attention to detail and ownership of one’s work
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
