Job Description:

Join TUI Group Operation Centre as a Senior Instructor in Langenhagen/Hannover, Germany. Responsibilities include providing flight dispatcher training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and engaging in continuous program development. Job Responsibility:

  • Theoretical and practical Basic FOO Training (initial training) for newly hired FOOs/FDs within TOCC and GOC
  • Further development of Basic FOO/FD Initial & Recurrent Training for TUI OCC and TUI GOC employees
  • Training activities for theoretical and practical sessions
  • Conducting trainings for third-party/external customers
  • Training in compliance with IOSA standards, CAA regulations, EASA requirements, and ICAO provisions
  • Preparation of candidates for the Flight Dispatcher License
  • Regular quality assessment of training materials, ensuring all documents are up to date
  • Functioning as an evaluator
  • Developing, compiling, and updating training programs, syllabi, and documentation for internal and external customers
  • Engagement in marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Holder of a German Flight Operations Officer License or another recognized dispatcher license
  • At least three years of experience as a Flight Operations Officer in short-haul or long-haul operations
  • Experience as a trainer
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to participate in continuous education and training
  • Commitment to supporting the GOC strategy
  • Strong customer and results orientation, teamwork, and coaching skills
