Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Application Packaging Specialist to lead technical initiatives, develop infrastructure solutions, and implement AI-driven automation for application packaging and deployment processes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
Drive solutions to reduce recovery
Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
Design complex system upgrades
Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Exit and decommission Citrix Published Applications by the end of 2025
Decommission the WAVE environment by offboarding 44k users and migrating them to either Cloud PC or Windows 11 devices
Deliver a strategic trader desktop solution (Numecent) equipping 2000 traders with modern hardware and software

Requirements:

4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
Experience with Application packaging\virtualization process workflow, best practices & standards
Automation through scripting and using AI tools
Packaging applications using Admin studio InstallShield, VMware App Volumes\DEM, Numecent, Intune, PowerShell Studio and App deployment tool kit
Application onboarding, provisioning & deployment via Intune platform
Create and/or modify scripts & script wrappers for application Management
Develop and maintain PowerShell and other scripts to automate system tasks
Package applications for Win 10 & remediate the non-compatible applications
Troubleshooting and support for VMWare infrastructure and application stack
Application Stack Management Life cycle management
Exposure to GenAI Studio Workbench or similar platforms
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks for process automation
Strong Knowledge on Intune, Numecent, AI Automation tools, Windows 365
Application deployment through SCCM & Intune
VMWare Horizon & Install Shield
WISE and Power shell Scripting
Understanding in packaging/Virtualization process workflow using Windows Installer best practices
Ready to work in flexible hours
Good understanding of files/registries and ability to troubleshoot Windows Operating system issues
Good at multitasking
Perform internal testing/quality assurance
Coordinate testing and User Acceptance Signoff
Remediate issues discovered during testing or deployment
Engage internal customer to obtain packaging requirements
Engage Application Owner/Developer/Vendor to assist with technical configuration
Create change requests in change management system
Good written and communication skills
Process adherence and timely escalation

Nice to have:

Exposure to GenAI Studio Workbench or similar platforms for building AI agents
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks for process automation and self-service enablement
Apply AI-driven automation to simplify repetitive tasks such as service request validation, UAT provisioning, and change creation for production staging
