This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Doha office and take a key role in shaping our growing Civil Engineering and Infrastructure capability. You will be part of a team delivering some of the most prestigious and complex projects across Qatar, UAE, KSA, and internationally. Working alongside talented engineers, technicians, and colleagues across multiple disciplines, you will contribute to the delivery of technically excellent, commercially successful projects. Your focus will be on infrastructure within the built environment, spanning a wide range of civil engineering projects. Requirements:
Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering (MEng or BEng)
Either chartered or working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng or equivalent)
Proven experience in civil and infrastructure engineering within a consultancy environment
Well-versed in infrastructure design software
Practical expertise in grading and earthworks for external works
Practical expertise in wet utilities design including stormwater, sewerage, and domestic water networks
Experience coordinating dry utility requirements in relation to civil works
Experience of delivering projects within the region is mandatory
Involvement across all stages of development from Concept and Detailed Masterplanning through to Detailed Design and Construction
Strong understanding of authority approval processes
Experience integrating infrastructure within building and development plot projects
Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams and other specialists
Strong technical knowledge
Proven managerial ability
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Capable of managing multiple large-scale projects
Capable of guiding and mentoring less experienced engineers
Nice to have:
Local registration with the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) is highly desirable
