At Mollie, we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to join our Growth Performance team. Our mission is to enable data-driven decision-making and learning synthesis within Growth and our wider Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will play a key role towards our ambitious SMB (Self-Serve) targets. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you will drive the narrative. You’ll turn complex marketing data into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations for senior leadership. This is a highly visible position where you’ll balance speed, quality, and impact to influence the commercial direction at Mollie.
Job Responsibility:
Lead high-impact analytical projects that directly drive the growth of our Self-Serve business, collaborating closely with Growth and GTM domain leadership
Synthesize complex data into impact-oriented insights, creating narratives that influence GTM strategy and budget allocation
Own the measurement framework for our growth experiments, ensuring we have a clear understanding of acquisition, activation, and retention levers
Bridge the gap between data and action, collaborating with Analytics Engineers to ensure you have the right data sets while focusing your time on commercial interpretation and storytelling
Mentor and coach other team members, helping to level up the analytical craft within the Growth Performance team
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business insights, or strategic consultancy
Experience with Marketing & Growth metrics, including performance marketing measurement and experiment design, is a strong plus
Ability to balance commercial aptitude and technical competence
Highly effective in storytelling and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to challenge the status quo and influence senior leadership
Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills, with a drive to solve complex, ambiguous and new business problems through data exploration
Experience in B2B/Tech/SaaS, or with Self-Serve acquisition flows is an advantage but not required
Nice to have:
Experience with Marketing & Growth metrics, including performance marketing measurement and experiment design
Experience in B2B/Tech/SaaS, or with Self-Serve acquisition flows
