  • Elicit and document requirements for complex projects, including system integrations, migrations, and localization
  • Translate business needs into clear, well-structured Agile user stories with complete acceptance criteria
  • Develop and maintain functional and solution design artifacts, such as conceptual models and high-level architecture diagrams
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure solutions are scalable, appropriately scoped, and sustainable
  • Lead functional input into testing strategy, test scenarios, and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing (SIT/UAT)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize short- and long-term platform enhancements
  • Work closely with internal IS teams and external vendor partners (including Adobe and AMS) to align on delivery and operations
  • Communicate complex technical and non-technical information effectively to drive alignment and informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for enterprise-scale websites
  • Strong understanding of AEM DevOps processes, including deployment and build troubleshooting
