Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced fullstack engineer who thrives on taking ownership—from solution architecture to delivery. In this role, you’ll be shaping modern, cloud-native applications, driving technical decisions, and mentoring others to reach their potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement complex, scalable fullstack solutions using Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Lead technical architecture discussions and translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code
  • Introduce best practices and guide teams in modern development methods, CI/CD, and agile workflows
  • Coach and mentor less experienced developers, fostering a culture of learning and quality
  • Contribute to shaping internal processes, tool selection, and long-term technical strategy

Requirements:

  • 8 years of professional experience in software development, ideally across both backend and frontend
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-quality applications
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices
  • Ability to influence and lead technical direction in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Based locally to Frankfurt
