Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Expert Full-Stack Developer who will drive technical excellence across Engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in designing secure and scalable architectures, guiding Engineering teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery within Agile environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions
  • Define and promote best practices in software architecture, code quality, and technical delivery
  • Ensure adherence to secure architectures, secure configuration standards, and identity management best practices
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Software Engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Participate in architectural reviews, technical planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering, technical leadership, and architecture
  • Strong hands-on expertise with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js as core technologies
  • Strong understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, and identity management practices
  • Solid knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, and DRY principles
  • Practical experience applying Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Proven ability to lead Engineers technically, provide mentorship, and support architectural decision making
  • Experience with unit and integration testing
  • Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software design
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Java as an additional back-end language (foundational exposure)
  • Exposure to TestNG, JMeter, or Azure
