Soliton is seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Executive for the Internship Program to strengthen and streamline our internship operations. The ideal candidate will combine structured execution, strong coordination skills, and a passion for developing early-career talent. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful learning journeys, collaborate closely with technical teams, and build a disciplined, value-driven internship ecosystem aligned with Soliton’s growth and culture.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the complete internship lifecycle, including planning, onboarding, training coordination, performance monitoring, evaluation, and conversion processes
Collaborate with delivery teams to gather intern requirements and structure internship calendars, training timelines, and onboarding plans
Partner with technical mentors and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality technical and behavioural training aligned with program goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, addressing queries, conducting regular check-ins, and providing guidance to ensure clarity, engagement, and discipline
Track and maintain performance records, collect mentor feedback, and support leadership discussions on intern evaluations and full-time conversion decisions
Coordinate project allocation for interns post-training and support newly converted interns during their transition into full-time roles
Prepare periodic program dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Drive enhancements to internship processes, documentation, standardization, and program efficiency through data-driven insights and collaboration with stakeholders
Ensure operational excellence, smooth execution, and alignment of the internship program with Soliton’s culture and values
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or related technical fields preferred
MBA is an added advantage
Certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or Training Delivery are a plus
4–6 years of experience, ideally with a mix of technical experience followed by roles in L&D, Talent Development, Internship Program Management, or HR functions
Strong understanding of technical training methodologies and early-career talent development
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to mentor interns with clarity, empathy, and firmness when required
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
