Job Description:

Senior Executive – Bidding role at Assystem Stup, a full-service design, engineering and project delivery consultancy. The company is involved in low-carbon technologies, complex project management, and infrastructure engineering services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor national and international procurement portals for relevant tenders
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and bid documents to assess eligibility and technical requirements
  • Conduct bid/no-bid analysis and prepare summary reports for management
  • Draft and format CVs, corporate experience, project sheets, and supporting documents
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and financial proposals
  • Ensure all documents meet client specifications and submission guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with donor guidelines (ADB, World Bank, JICA, Government departments, etc.)
  • Maintain a database of past projects, CVs, company credentials, and templates
  • Track tender deadlines, submissions, and post-tender follow-ups

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation
  • Strong understanding of procurement guidelines (ADB, World Bank, Government entities, etc.)
  • Excellent writing, documentation, and formatting skills
  • Good analytical ability to interpret RFPs and tender requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Engineering degree preferred
