Senior Engineer (Rail Water Resources)

• Provide various engineering and project management duties related to hydrologic/hydraulic analysis for Class I Railroad projects
• Assist with developing the project scope and schedule
• Prepare technical reports
• Review CAD drawings
• Obtain local, state, and federal permits for water resources related projects
• Travel to job sites for field reconnaissance in all types of terrain and weather conditions

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well with a team
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Professional Engineering License
• 8 or more years of related water resource engineering experience
• 4 years of experience leading or mentoring
• Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS or other related hydrologic and hydraulic software is preferred
