Job Responsibility:

  • Should have design expertise in areas such as Hazardous area classification, Active Fire Protection, Passive Fire Protection, Fire & Gas detection, Quantitative Risk Analysis, Dispersion analysis & Escape route
  • Should have experience in vendor document reviews of firefighting and safety equipment, deluge and foam system, clean agent system
  • Must be capable of providing technical safety related advice and guidance
  • Must have sufficient exposure to process safety reviews such as HAZID and ENVID, HAZOP, SIL (LOPA)
  • Must have sufficient exposure to Indian and International Codes and Standards
  • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills and must be able to manage multiple projects
  • Hands on experience in pipenet software- Steady state, Transient modules
  • Hands on experience in Naviswork freedom software for review and provide comments on Fire fighting systems to Departments on timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Master of Engineering in (Chemical / Petro-Chemical/ Mechanical/ Fire & Safety/ Petroleum
  • 4 to 10 years of experience in Design HSE / Technical Safety / Loss Prevention related functions in Oil and Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical Projects
  • Knowledge in offshore/ onshore engineering
  • Adequate experience in Concept, FEED and EPC projects
  • Min. 4 years of experience in reputed engineering consultancies/ EPC
