As a Senior Engineer, Motor Design, you’ll own the electromagnetic heart of our next-generation CPAP motorized blowers. You’ll take concepts from blank sheet to high-volume production, balancing acoustic performance, efficiency, thermal limits, reliability, size, cost, and regulatory constraints. Expect deep hands-on design (magnetics, materials, winding, rotor/stator geometry), tight collaboration with acoustics, electronics, firmware, manufacturing, and quality, and a data-driven approach that turns testing and simulation into hard design decisions. Your work will translate directly into quieter devices, better therapy adherence, and protected IP.
