Job Description:

The Opal Enablement Manager will design and deliver high-impact enablement programs that empower Optimizely’s go-to-market teams to confidently position, sell, and support Opal. This role will lead the creation of content, live and digital training, and certification paths that drive understanding and adoption of Opal across Sales, SDR, CSM, and Solution roles. While focused on internal GTM readiness, the role will collaborate closely with the Partner Enablement team to ensure alignment of messaging and materials.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver Opal enablement programs that equip all GTM roles
  • Sales, SDR, CSM, Solution Architects, and Marketing—with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to position and demonstrate Opal effectively
  • Develop and maintain the Opal curriculum across new-hire onboarding, continuous learning, and advanced certification tracks
  • Leverage Opal as both a subject and a tool for enablement
  • Create engaging learning experiences that blend instructor-led sessions, digital courses, micro-learning, and real-world application tasks
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Strategy and Product Marketing to translate complex Opal concepts into clear, audience-specific training modules
  • Partner with the Partner Enablement teams to align frameworks and maintain content consistency
  • Facilitate hands-on Opal workshops that teach sellers and CSMs how to demonstrate Opal in action
  • Measure enablement impact through participation, certification rates, confidence scores, attach rate lift, and influence on pipeline or win rate
  • Maintain a single source of truth for GTM Opal enablement materials
  • Coordinate with Product teams before each major release to refresh internal training
  • Act as an Opal champion across the business
  • Continuously improve the enablement experience by gathering feedback
  • Travel up to 50% for customer meetings, field enablement sessions, and internal workshops

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, enablement, or a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
  • Strong background in developing and delivering training programs for GTM teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience creating content using standard enablement and learning tools
  • familiarity with AI learning tools or platforms preferred
  • Instructional design experience or relevant certification a plus
