  • Manage the meticulous planning and execution of internal events, including the logistics for company-wide gatherings, manager development summits, and executive offsites
  • Provide essential support to employee resource group leaders in communicating their monthly themed events
  • Continuously assess and analyze the effectiveness of current programs, identifying opportunities for improvement, preparing regular reports on program impact, and implementing necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, ensuring all engagement initiatives are deeply aligned with the company’s culture and values
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all programs

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement Program Management, People Programs, Internal Events, or a similar relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to develop complex internal communications strategies for diverse programs
  • Outstanding project management skills, including creating detailed project plans, diligently tracking progress, and consistently meeting deadlines while managing multiple time-sensitive projects under tight constraints
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational abilities to ensure the success and accuracy of all programs and initiatives
  • A strong bias for action and a demonstrated track record of swift, efficient work delivery. Proven ability to take initiative, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and expertly execute on key deliverables
  • A keen problem solver with a natural ability to identify and effectively resolve challenges that may arise throughout a project lifecycle
