Senior Electrical Modeler | MEP & Building Services. The Opportunity: Are you a Revit specialist who understands that a model is only as good as its ability to be built? Shop Drawings: Extract precise installation drawings, block-out plans, and circuit schedules from the BIM environment to support our field electricians
Technical Quality Control: Ensure all models comply with Australian Standards (e.g., AS/NZS 3000) and specific project BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Prefabrication Support: Identify opportunities for off-site prefabrication (e.g., modular plant rooms or pre-cut containment) within the model to increase site efficiency
Requirements:

Expert-level Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage
Experience with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud is essential
