Your Next Opportunity Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Draftspersons to join our growing drafting team at Clarendon Homes team in QLD. This role offers the chance to lead and mentor within our drafting division, working on a wide range of residential projects and ensuring our designs continue to set the standard in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce architectural drawings with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand and meet client requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines
  • Utilise your proficiency in AutoCAD to create accurate and professional drawings
  • Provide support to the drafting team and contribute to the overall success of the division
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Australian drafting experience in the residential industry
  • Certificate IV in Architectural Drafting as a minimum OR Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting
  • High Proficiency in Revit is essential (AutoCAD is a benefit)
  • Strong knowledge of Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges
