Repair has implemented five Bridge Building Service Corps cohorts to date and will implement 24 more over the next five years. In preparation, Repair will first codify the core model based on learnings from its own programs and bridge building best practices from the field. This new senior role is responsible for embedding best-in-class bridge building approaches across all of Repair’s service programs including standalone offerings, as well as the Immersive Service Programs like the Bridge Building Service Corps, and equipping staff, partners, and community members to foster authentic connection across lines of difference. • Guide the integration of bridge-building into Repair’s broader service programs (Service Corps and standalone), ensuring accessibility and resonance for Jewish and non-Jewish participants alike
  • Collaborate with content and training teams to ensure curricula are inclusive, reflective of partner identities, and informed by local context
  • Further enhances its bridge building approach for programs with organizations like Project Shema, Resetting the Table, and Constructive Dialogue Institute
  • Design and deliver training programs for staff, Service Corps members, partners, and volunteers to strengthen skills in intergroup dialogue and relationship building across lines of difference
  • Partner with leading dialogue and education organizations to integrate advanced tools and frameworks into Repair’s network
  • Lead, develop, and refine metrics that assess the impact of bridge-building programs on participants and communities in collaboration with the MEL team and consultants
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, reflection, and adaptation across all bridge building initiatives, leveraging evaluation insights
  • Cultivate relationships with bridge building organizations to co-create content and co-lead programs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and participate in cross-organizational teams to support wider organizational goals
  • Represent Repair in national and field-wide conversations about service, antisemitism, and community bridging
  • Support partnership staff and service hubs to develop local bridge building initiatives rooted in shared values and local needs

Requirements:
