Job Description:

This position is responsible for the development of different digital products, journeys and experiences, their implementation and continuous management/upgrade within the Global Digital Servicing domain, operating within the set budgets to deliver an agreed roadmap or core milestones.

Job Responsibility:

Create, own and champion the respective Digital Product roadmap
Actively contribute and provide input to further development of the GPB Digital Strategy
Outline and manage the project team to deliver the Digital Product
Deliver clear, high level, business requirements
Work collaboratively with Group brand and experience stakeholders
Responsibility for user testing for Digital Product
Actively follow key competitors/fintechs in their evolution
Build strong relationships on middle and senior management level

Requirements:

Profound knowledge in Private Banking
Understanding of GPB client needs and behaviour
Strong understanding of Digital business
Deep understanding of agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes
Hands-on experience leading business analysts, product development teams
Extensive experience with product development and deployment activities
Ability to deconstruct and solve problems
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) or above
Strong stakeholder management, communications and presentation skills
