A successful candidate must also understand the needs of real-world IT employees, and able to transfer useful skills to trainees.

Job Responsibility:

Teach and instruct classes (private and public courses), both virtual and onsite at client or public locations
Develop, maintain, and improve courses and consulting opportunities by evaluating customer feedback
Review course materials, evaluate content and documentation
Mentor, coach, support trainees
Teach enterprise technology teams how to use tools such as: Kubernetes
Docker
Jenkins
Terraform
Puppet, Chef, Ansible
Splunk, ELK / EFK stack
Git, Github, Bitbucket
CI/CD

Requirements:

Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
Experience in working with various tech stacks and Cloud (AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, etc.)
Experience in working with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
Knowledge of Agile engineering practices
Hands-on coding / scripting experience
Ability to demonstrate best practices
Experience in systems architecture, design, development, and programming in object-oriented and relational databases and client server platforms
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken
Good work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones

Nice to have:

Experience in consulting and solution based professional services is a plus
