Job Responsibility:
Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, workflows, and processes
Translate business needs into functional specifications for ServiceNow development
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
Support the configuration, customization, and implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others
Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
Conduct requirement workshops, sprint planning sessions, and UAT sessions
Assist in ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance guidelines
Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption
Act as a liaison between business teams and ServiceNow technical teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks
Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows
Familiarity with ServiceNow capabilities, modules, and platform functionality
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
