Job Responsibility:
Designing and implementing advanced data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive strategic insights
Conducting in-depth analyses of large and diverse data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that inform decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate findings effectively
Developing and deploying machine learning models and statistical techniques to enhance predictive capabilities and optimize business processes
Providing thought leadership on data science best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Domain expertise in one or more targeted areas of the Revenue Cycle Management processes
Proficient in deterministic and probabilistic linkage concepts/methodologies to support patient journeys derived from anonymized RCM data
Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, computer science, or mathematics
Extensive experience in data science, with a strong track record of developing and implementing complex models and analyses
Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools, with expertise in programming languages such as Python or R
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
