ABOUT THE JOB: Design, build, and maintain scalable Data and AI solutions in production environments. Lead the development and integration of AI and Generative AI models into backend systems. Define system architectures, APIs, and deployment strategies using containerized environments. Implement Docker- and Kubernetes-based solutions for scalable and reliable deployments. Ensure security-by-design principles across data pipelines, APIs, and AI services. Collaborate with product, data, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Review code, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and promote engineering best practices. Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI-enabled services. Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and technical processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Data Engineering (with AI exp)
  • Strong proficiency in: Python (FastAPI and/or Flask)
  • Bash and Git
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI models and related frameworks
  • Solid backend engineering fundamentals, including API design, HTTP, and system integration
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities

Good understanding of frontend technologies such as React or similar frameworks is a plus
