Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Revenue Growth through CRM: Define and execute high-impact CRM strategies, designed to drive revenue growth by activating and sustaining engagement of Ledger Live's trading services
  • User Lifecycle Management for Traders: Develop and implement user lifecycle strategies that nurture users from initial interest in trading to becoming high-value, active traders within the Ledger ecosystem
  • Trading Feature Activation Programs: Design and implement onboarding and activation programs that effectively introduce users to Ledger's trading features and encourage their initial adoption
  • Revenue Optimisation: Design and execute A/B tests on various CRM elements (messaging, offers, timing, channels) specifically to optimize for increased trading activity and revenue generation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration for Revenue Goals: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align CRM efforts with overall revenue targets and ensure a cohesive user journey and lifecycles that encourage trading

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in CRM management/growth with a strong and demonstrable track record of directly driving revenue growth through activation and engagement programs, ideally within a financial services app, brokerage, or cryptocurrency wallet/trading platform
  • Proven success in developing and executing CRM/growth strategies specifically focused on increasing the adoption and usage of revenue-generating features
  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of how CRM can directly impact revenue metrics
  • Demonstrable experience or interest in the crypto industry
