Senior Corporate Associate

• advising a diverse range of clients on corporate matters
• work spanning across M&A, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work
• handling projects with an international dimension

• 4+ years PQE in a reputable corporate practice
• confidently handle transactions as the lead day-to-day fee earner
• ability to work independently while also contributing to team efforts
• strong experience in mergers and acquisitions
• familiarity with investment rounds and working with VC funds and backed businesses
• strong interpersonal skills
• eager to mentor and support junior colleagues
• enthusiastic about marketing and growing the practice
