Senior Consultant Specialist role in CIB - Credit & Lending Tech at HSBC, focusing on designing services, developing PowerApps, providing Microsoft 365 support, and promoting best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Design general services and solutions for different delivery team usage
Working on PoC to enable different new features or functionalities
Developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as internal tools
Consolidate the standard and best practice documentation
Providing architecture, configuration, administration and functional support for Microsoft 365
Nurturing and communicate with our community to promote our standard
Providing support and training to users
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5 years or above experience in Financial Industry as Service Management or Production Support
Proven experience in IT service management, leading incident resolution
Strong problem solving skills to address technical issues and incidents
Deep commitment on responding to ad-hoc IT incident escalation
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in ITIL or other service management frameworks
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data
Good understanding and experience on SDLC, Agile and DevOps
IT software development experience 5+ years
Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform
Experience and knowledge of Azure Service and infrastructure
Experience in analysis, design development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps
Knowledge of Flow licensing and automating business processes
Ability to create business processes and custom connectors
Experience with API or services integrations
Willing to learn leading edge Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies
Experience of SQL and RDBMS technologies is preferable
Technologies: PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, PowerShell
Programming/Scripting Languages: C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Skills
Nice to have:
Master's degree preferred
Customer facing support experience
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
