Job Responsibility:

Understand Group and Wholesale strategy, help define technical strategy and execute which to fulfill business needs and aspirations on growth, management and control
Plan for people and project management, provide coaching and guiding directly or indirectly to teams having developers, testers, analyst and architects inside by giving clear direction, feedbacks and timely suggestions to ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices
Address existing technical debt and drive for technical evolution aka Digital Transformation for the teams by working closely with various parties including business, SMEs, Solution Architects globally
Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with business and relevant stakeholders
Manage expectation of key stakeholders and work jointly to maximize interest of business and customers
Manage supply and demand pipeline and give guidance, direction for making decision to achieve goals, deliver products that align with business core interest
Conduct & lead Android design & development for WSIT DBB UK Android iOS App

Requirements:

8-10 years of iOS development experience
Able to lead the technical discussion with Native and API
Proficient Objective-C or Swift skill, Swift is preferred
Knowledge of UIKit and Cocoa frameworks
Familiar with SnapKit / Alamofire and most popular 3rd party libs
Familiar with iOS multi-thread development
Familiar with design pattern MVC/ MVVM
Have VIPER swift experience is a plus
Familiar with security concept and integration is a plus, like https, cert pinning, encryption and decryption, data protection and etc
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience with iOS performance tuning
Desire to grow and improve engineering skills and iOS knowledge
Comfort and delight in a small, fast-paced startup environment
Ideally, you’ve made contributions to one or more apps in the App Store
Effective English communication skills (both written and verbal), able to work in global environment

Nice to have:

Experience on banking / HSBC and understanding of how change drives benefits for HSBC, its customers and other stakeholders will be an advantage
Experience on HSBC business banking system knowledge will be an advantage
Knowledge about HSBC service management process like CR, ICE would be an advantage
