Job Description:

A highly regarded West End firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join its specialist, Legal 500 recommended Construction practice, working exclusively on non-contentious matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned construction lawyer to take on a senior, client-facing role with genuine progression prospects. You’ll work closely with partners recognised in the Legal 500 for their expertise in high-value, bespoke construction projects.

Job Responsibility:

Acting for an exceptional client base in the real estate and private wealth sectors
Advising developers, funds, family offices, HNWIs and institutional investors on construction law
Handling building contracts, professional appointments, warranties and guarantees
Working on complex development and regeneration projects
Leading on high-end residential schemes, commercial offices, and mixed-use developments
Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction documentation
Mentoring juniors and supporting the strategic growth of the practice

Requirements:

England & Wales qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in non-contentious construction
Background at a top-tier real estate or construction law firm
Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
Excellent drafting skills and a collaborative, solutions-led mindset
Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to BD initiatives
