Job Description:

A leading national firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate into its Legal 500 recommended non-contentious construction team in London. The role involves high-value development, infrastructure, and regeneration projects, advising clients on building contracts, procurement strategy, and more. This is a senior, client-facing role with opportunities to lead and contribute to growth.

Job Responsibility:

Exposure to high-value development, infrastructure, and regeneration projects
Advising on procurement strategy, building contracts (JCT/NEC), appointments, and process plant agreements
Acting for developers, funds, public bodies, and household names
Handling major real estate and corporate acquisitions/disposals
Project finance and complex engineering contracts
Digital construction and sustainable building practices
Mentoring junior team members
Contributing to national growth

Requirements:

Has a strong background in non-contentious construction (JCT/NEC, development agreements, etc.)
Brings commercial acumen and enjoys collaborative, solution-led lawyering
Is open to advising on some contentious matters, though the focus remains transactional
Wants to work in a modern, forward-thinking environment with strong long-term prospects
