The Senior Client Manager is a senior, quota-carrying sales professional responsible for owning and growing strategic client accounts. This role focuses on building trusted relationships, driving revenue growth through expansions and renewals, and delivering outstanding client experiences across all solution areas. Leveraging deep business acumen, advanced planning skills, and modern sales tools, the Client Manager partners closely with clients to understand their business needs and align them with NTT DATA’s services and solutions. Working across geographies and teams, this role coordinates internal stakeholders to execute account strategies and achieve revenue and margin targets.
Job Responsibility:
Own and grow assigned client accounts, driving expansion, renewals, and long-term partnerships
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and retention
Coordinate global and regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences
Identify client needs and position tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value
Meet or exceed sales quota using disciplined pipeline, forecast, and opportunity management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client commercial and relationship matters
Requirements:
Proven experience in a client-facing, quota-bearing sales or account management role
Strong background in IT services or professional services sales
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into solutions
Experience working across regions and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Enterprise account development – build customer relationships, understand customers’ needs, identify new opportunities
Values-selling with technology solutions and professional services
Mobilize internal and partner resources to win deals and serve customers’ needs
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
