An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior CDM Consultant to join one of Europe’s most respected and forward-thinking consultancies, based in Nottingham. The role includes delivering Principal Designer and CDM advisory services, working across commercial, residential, and infrastructure schemes, and supporting and mentoring junior consultants.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations
Providing expert CDM and health & safety advice to clients and design teams
Preparing and reviewing construction phase plans and design risk assessments
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Supporting and mentoring junior consultants to develop their skills.
Requirements:
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
CMaPS / IMaPS (or working towards) preferred
Demonstrable experience delivering CDM / Principal Designer duties
Confident communicator with strong technical knowledge
Commercially minded and proactive in approach.
